"It could be the bungee jumping or the white water rafting, but something has given Hayley a wonderfully fresh and exciting approach to wedding and event coordination. At her happiest when she’s outdoors or working with people, Hayley started her career in personal training and lifestyle consulting. It was not long before she decided to pack her bags and explore the UK, Europe and the United States. The latter proved to a real highlight - working as a Food and Beverage Manager at a Colorado ski resort was pure snowboarding heaven, and Hayley spent as much time as she could speeding down the snowy slopes.

Hayley later returned to Cape Town, where she obtained an International Marketing Management Degree. She also became involved in events coordination and worked for a locally celebrated florist, developing a keen eye for decor and beautiful design.

  

This soon brought her into contact with Aleit and she immediately knew that, when the time was right, she would join our enthusiastic team. Over the next few years she bought and managed the renowned rose shop, The Yard, until her ambition to coordinate gorgeous events led her to The Aleit Group as a Senior Coordinator for 3 years, the time came to expand into the industry on her own. She hasn’t looked back since.

Always up for laid back dinner parties and spending time with friends,
Hayley is a real people person and finds it very rewarding to bring their
special day to life. “There is nothing else that I would rather be doing, or
be better at doing, than working in this dynamic industry.” Her dream
wedding location? “Snowboarding on a ski slope, naturally!”
 
 

Creating wonderful weddings could not come more naturally to Jaco van Loggerenberg, a talented organiser who thrives on the exhilarating experience of planning an event. “The enthusiasm from clients is fantastic... it’s such an incredibly exciting thing to be part of.”

With a degree in Hospitality Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Jaco has worked as a Banquet and Floor Manager at luxury establishments such as the Sandton Hilton and Le Franschhoek Hotel and Spa.  It’s no surprise that he’s so well suited to the hospitality industry – his interests include spending special times with friends and family and enjoying good music and food.
